After completing the training and passing both the theoretical and practical tests, trainees will receive:
An identification card for oil storage facility operators, approved by the Director-General of the Department of Energy Business or by a person designated by the Director-General of the Department of Energy Business.

2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไป
รายการเอกสารสำหรับยื่นขึ้นทะเบียนเพื่อขอรับบัตรประจำตัวปฏิบัติงานน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง
1. สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน จำนวน 1 ชุด
2. สำเนาวุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ขึ้นไป จำนวน 1 ชุด
(กรณีวุฒิต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ต้องแสดงหนังสือรับรองการมีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี)
3. สำเนาใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการควบคุมประเภทที่ 3 จำนวน 1 ชุด
