The Ministerial Regulation Prescribing Standards for Administration and Management of Occupational Safety, Health and Environment, B.E. 2549 (2006), applies to the following undertakings or workplaces:

Undertakings required to have an Occupational Safety Committee (คปอ.)

50 or more employees

・Mining, petrochemicals ・Medical facilities

・Factories, warehouses ・Financial institutions

・Construction, maintenance ・・Physical laboratories

・Passenger transport, freight transport ・Entertainment venues, sports

・Fuel service stations ・Chemical and biological laboratories

・Hotels ・Support offices 1-12

・Department stores ・Other undertakings as announced

It requires the appointment of safety officers at the supervisor level, technical level, advanced technical level, professional level, and management level, an Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Committee, and heads of units, to perform the functions of administering and managing occupational safety, health and environment of the workplace.

Be a supervisor-level employee of the unit, with the employer's consent to attend the training
