The Ministerial Regulation on the Provision of Safety Officers, Personnel, Units, or Persons for Occupational Safety Operations in Establishments, B.E. 2565 (2022), Clause 43, requires the employer or the training service provider to conduct training so that employees are qualified as supervisor-level and management-level safety officers. The course, the training, the qualifications of instructors, and the conduct of training by the employer or the training service provider shall be in accordance with the announcements prescribed by the Director-General.

Employees who have obtained their employer's consent to attend the Technical-Level Occupational Safety Officer training course

1. Training application form, signed by the employer and stamped with the company seal
2. National ID number / passport number
*If a participant's qualifications do not match those stated above, we reserve the right to deny attendance and to withhold the issuance of a certificate to that participant.
